Calling back to 1845 Baltimore, Beautiful Macabre offers a visual alternative ending to Edgar Allen Poe's famed poem, The Raven. Beautiful Macabre elevates the the narrator to overcome his shadow and move past the negative, towards focusing on with joyful intention. The imperfect markings and abstract clouds lend themselves to the character of the piece. 

As a one-of-one original, Beautiful Macabre offers the closest connection to the artwork in its finest form: handmade, singular, and rich with the visible movement of the artist's hand.
